Not all destinations have all three levels of accommodations.  In such cases we will use the best available accommodations when putting together our proposal.

Itinerary or routing desired - If you do not have anything specific in mind, let us know if there are any particular destinations or interests and the approximate length of the tour.  We will design an itinerary for you based on the information provided to us. 

Specific activities or interests - If there are any special tours or activities you would like the group to participate in, please indicate when and where on your itinerary request.

If you would like a guide to escort your group while in Alaska, please let us know.  German, French, Spanish and English-speaking guides can be arranged to escort your group upon request.  It may be possible to arrange other language-speaking guides as well.  In Anchorage, Fairbanks, Whitehorse, and Juneau we can also provide step-on guide services.

If your group will be arriving with its own escort please indicate this with your initial proposal request.  All FOC’s are planned in single rooms unless otherwise noted.

If your group will include children or senior citizens we can tailor the group’s activities to meet the specific needs of these travelers.
 

Meals required:  Daily Continental Breakfast Only Daily American Breakfast Only Breakfast and Dinner Only All Meals
Set up costs for group meals can be quite high, therefore we typically recommend clients take care of meals on their own.  To give you an idea of the costs of meals in Alaska, please use the following estimates:

Continental Breakfast :  $10-$12 PP including gratuity (example: juice, coffee assorted breads/toast, muffins or  rolls.)

Full American Breakfast:  $15 - $20 PP including gratuity (example: prepared eggs, meat, toast coffee/tea/juice)

Lunch:  $15 - $20 PP including gratuity (example: soup and sandwich, soft drink/coffee/tea)

Dinner:  $35 - $55 PP including gratuity depending on venue (example: soup or salad, entrée choice, dessert soft drinks/coffee/tea)

We can, however, include these services in the group tour proposal at your request.  Please indicate which meals, if any, you would like us to include in the group’s itinerary.
