Glacier Bay Cruises
Cruise
Glacier Bay, one of the most rare and
beautiful places on earth, onboard the
Spirit of Alaska. The rapidly
retreating glacier ice reveals a
spectacular network of islands and
fjords. Enjoy acres of pristine
wilderness, hear the call of sea birds
as they cluster on the tiny islands, and
feel the chill of a glacier as you
travel through this spectacular place.
Highlights of this cruise include
Skagway, Haines, Glacier Bay, and
Juneau. The 5 day cruise also includes
Icy Strait.
Cruise West's vessels are smaller than
most of the cruise ships plying Alaska's
waters. This allows for cruising through
passages which are inaccessible to
larger ships, resulting in a sense of
truly being part of the great coastal
vista. With the friendly and personal
atmosphere on board, dramatic scenery,
glaciers, and wildlife, this is a cruise
you will long remember.
